Schmalz vacuum lifters and material handling devices of the VacuMaster family are capable of lifting and handling work pieces weighing up to 4,400 pounds. There are almost no limits to the possible applications: metal sheets, glass sheets, coils, sheets of wood, planks and beams, stones and rocks, barrels, drums, all no problem for the VacuMaster.

Horizontal vacuum lifting / material handling
Five load classes (125, 250, 500, 1000, 2000)
permit selection of the optimum VacuMaster vacuum lifting / material handling model
for your work pieces. For loads with airtight
surfaces, there are virtually no limits to the
possible applications.

Swiveling by 90° and turning through 180°
In many cases, vacuum lifters are needed not only to handle loads in a horizontal position, but also swiveled by 90°
or turned through 180°. The VacuMaster vacuum lifting / material handling equipment series
offers these functions on the models with
lifting capacities of 125, 250 and 500 kg. The
loads can be swiveled or turned either with
variable-speed electric motors or with
electromechanical linear cylinders.
