The Gorbel G-Force™ and Gorbel Easy Arm™ are part of a new family of Material Handling equipment known as Intelligent Assist Devices (IAD's).

The G-Force™ Intelligent Lifting Device uses patented technology and an industrial processor controlled drive system to deliver unmatched lifting precision and speed.

The Easy Arm™ Intelligent Lifting Arm uses Gorbel's patented G-Force™ technology and an industrial processor controlled drive system, and integrated them into an ergonomic articulating jib design.

How G-Force Works

The G-Force™ enables operators to lift and maneuver naturally, as if the device were an extension of their own arm.  The G-Force™ will help improve productivity, reduce the cost of product damage, and minimize work related injuries. 

The G-Force™ is available in two platforms: the iQ series and the streamlined Q (lower cost alternative).  Both series are available in 165# through 660# capacities.  The G-Force™ is also available integrated with our Easy Arm™ articulating jib crane.

Features:

  • Pinpoint precision - speeds from 0 foot per minute (float mode) up to 200 fpm
  • Blazing speed - travels up to 4 times faster than traditional high end lifting devices
  • Infinite speed control - ideal for applications that require high speed at some points in the cycle and slow, precise movements at other points

The G-Force™ IAD gives the responsiveness and flexibility of a human operator plus the power of a machine. It incorporates a range of speeds so it is perfect for quick, repetitive motions and slow, precise placements.

G-Force™ iQ

The iQ platform comes loaded with standard intelligence features and programmability to customize it to your application. This series comes in capacities of 165 through 660 pounds.  Higher capacities are available - contact Cynergy Ergonomics.

G-Force™ Q Platform

This streamlined Q platform is a lower cost alternative for those applications that require the speed and precision of the iQ, but not the added intelligence and flexibility.  Available in 165 pound through 660 pound capacities.  Higher capacities available - contact Cynergy Ergonomics.

G-Force™ Easy Arm™
 The Brains of a G-ForceTM , The Body of a Jib. 

The G-Force™ Easy Arm™ is the newest addition to our family of Material Handling equipment known as Intelligent Assist Devices (IAD's). We took our patented G-Force™ technology and an industrial processor controlled drive system and integrated them into an ergonomic articulating jib design. 


Available in 165 and 330 pound capacities with standard spans up to 14 feet.

This versatile design is ideal for lifting applications that involve:

  • Reaching under obstructions / low headroom applications - wire goes over a pulley on the beam so you don't lose the headroom taken by the G-Force™ actuator - View animation
  • Reach around obstructions - View animation
  • Reach into work cells/doorways - View animation
  • Rapid change in direction - you don't have to move the weight of the actuator
